How did Errand Girl Services get started?

Errand Girl Concierge Service was started by a mom who understands that it is more important to spend free time with family and friends instead of running an endless list of errands.  Our goal is to help you find the balance between work and family.

What services are not offered?

Our services do not include medicine disbursements.

When do you start and stop charging?

We start at the store and stop when we deliver to you. If the pickup is from your home or office, we would start at that point. Fees are then calculated by 15 minute increments after the first hour i.e., an errand that takes an hour and 15 minutes, at a rate of $25 per hour, will cost $31.25.

What are your hours of business?

We understand the needs of busy professionals so we are available until 9 p.m.  Weekend services are available by appointment only.

How much notice do you need to schedule a service?

We normally request 48 hours notice, but we will try to accommodate your urgent needs on a shorter notice. Same day service will have an extra $5 charge.
